M.V BABICH, THE PLENIPOTENTIARY Of THE PRESIDENT OF RF IN VFD VISITED UIMDB JSC

On 4th December 2015 a delegation headed by M.V. Babich, the plenipotentiary of the President of RF in Volga Federal District visited UIMDB JSC, a member of KRET JSC.

The members of the delegation were S.I. Morozov, Ulyanovsk District governor, B.Y. Titov Businessmen Rights Commissioner for the President of RF, A.S. Nikitin, General Director of ANO ‘Agency of strategic initiations in the field of new projects’, V.P. Kozin, Ulyanovsk district main Federal inspector and other official persons.

The main theme of the visit was import substitution, as well as orientation on the national industries and development of Russian state-of-the-art technologies.

The guests familiarized with UIMDB JSC innovative products including prospective developments for RRJ-100, MC-21 aircraft, MI-171A2 helicopter and others. The members of the delegation discussed the direction and the progress in import substitution of the components produced in Ukraine and NATO countries by the order of Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation as well considered UIMDB JSC proposals concerning replacement of civil aircraft onboard equipment High-tech products of the company as well as complex benches for debugging onboard equipment for different types of aircraft were demonstrated to the guests.

During the visit the attention was drawn to the problems of the productive-economic state of the company, implementation of the federal programs, fulfillment of prospective projects and including UIMBD JSC in cooperation engaged in production of IL-114 aircraft.

Mikhail Babich showed great interest in new developments of UIMDB JSC.
